National Independent Automobile Dealers Association (NIADA), founded in 1946 has representated quality independent automobile dealers for over 60 years. NIADA is here to assist its members in becoming more successful within the used motor vehicle industry.  The association consistently brings industry education, valuable information, services and benefits designed to prepare members for an ever-changing marketplace.  The mission of the NIADA Foundation is to improve the used motor vehicle industry by informing consumers, providing education and training to industry personnel and community.

*We will expose or halt, where found, any scheme designed to deceive or defraud the automobile buying public and aid in prosecuting those guilty of such acts.

 While the CERTIFIED MASTER DEALER program was developed in 2001, to help dealers manage and grow a profitable business, it has grown into one of the industry's most respected training programs.  Dealers who attend this training are committed to our industry, support ethical business standards and are leaders in their communities.  They bring a wide range of experience to each class and leave with new strategies for analyzing their business practices.  In addition, all CERTIFIED MASTER DEALERS must complete 12 hours of continuing education within a 36 month period to retain their certification.


 The mission of the Florida Independent Automobile Dealers Association (FIADA) is to anticipate, recognize and respond to the members' need for education, information and resources.  To support and assist members in understanding and complying with Regulatory issues.  To advocate fair legislation on behalf of Independent Dealers and their customers.  To increase membership.  To promote a Code of Ethics.  To enhance the image of the Used Car Dealer.  To improve customer confidence and satisfaction.  FIADA's commitment to this mission will enable its members to increase their profitability and business success.
